Contraindications / Not Suitable
- Advanced laxity with heavy excess skin in the lower face and neck, where a surgical facelift is more likely to give a meaningful result.

- Active skin infection, inflamed acne, cold sores or open wounds in the treatment area; a history of cold sores may need preventive medication.
- Bleeding disorders, anticoagulant medication or uncontrolled autoimmune disease, assessed individually before any threads or injections.
- Permanent fillers or implants in the planned areas, or a known allergy to filler or thread materials.

The most common effects after threads and injections; cold compresses, keeping the head raised and avoiding heat and facial massage help them settle, usually within a few days to two weeks.
Small puckers or palpable thread ends can appear, especially in thinner skin; they often settle as swelling resolves and can be adjusted if they persist.
Tissues can settle unevenly; symmetry is checked at the end of treatment and again once swelling has gone down.
Uncommon with sterile technique and correct aftercare; redness, increasing pain or a thread end coming through the skin should be reported promptly for treatment or thread removal.
