An eyebrow transplant in Turkey is planned for thin brows, gaps or scars in the brow area, and for people who want a long-term restoration rather than a cosmetic cover. Everything depends on detail. Fine single-hair grafts are selected from the donor area and placed with a DHI Choi pen at shallow angles of about 10–15 degrees, following the natural direction of brow hair so the result does not look artificial. The brow shape is drawn with you beforehand and balanced to your facial proportions. Treatment takes place under local anaesthesia with no hospital stay; about two nights in Istanbul are usually enough, and most people return to work after two days. Brow Shape Design
The brow shape is drawn with you beforehand and balanced to your facial proportions: where each brow starts, where it arches and where the tail ends.
Local Anaesthesia
The donor area and the brows are numbed with local anaesthesia. The procedure is done without a hospital stay.
Single-Hair Graft Harvesting
Fine single-hair grafts are taken one by one, usually from behind the ear or the nape, where hair tends to be finer and better suited to brows.

Indicated / Suitable For
- Adults with thin, sparse or short brows after years of over-plucking, waxing or threading
- People with gaps or scars in the brow area from injury, burns or previous surgery, once the skin has fully healed
- Patients whose brow hair loss is stable and has been checked by a specialist, with no active disease in the brow
- People who have relied on microblading or brow make-up and want brows made of their own growing hair
- Patients who accept that transplanted hairs keep a scalp-like growth pattern and will need regular trimming
Contraindications / Not Suitable
- Active brow hair loss from alopecia areata, frontal fibrosing alopecia or thyroid disease that has not yet been diagnosed and stabilised
- Skin infection, eczema or inflammation in the brow area or around the eyes at the time of treatment
- Bleeding disorders or blood-thinning medication that cannot be safely paused under medical guidance
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding, when elective treatment is usually postponed
- Hair-pulling disorder (trichotillomania) or expectations of a brow shape or density that the available donor hair cannot provide

Revision & Follow-Up Policy
